My process

From an early idea to a clear, usable product.

My process is designed to remove uncertainty before development begins. We understand the idea, consider the possible directions, agree on the scope, and then build.

01

Clarify

Understand the scope

I begin by understanding the idea, the problem it should solve, who it is for, and what the first version actually needs. This helps separate the essential product from unnecessary complexity.

02

Explore

Present the options

I outline a few possible approaches, explaining the differences in scope, complexity, and outcome. This gives the client a clear choice instead of committing to one direction too early.

03

Plan

Define the delivery

Once the direction is chosen, I define what will be delivered and provide an estimated timeline. Both sides know what is being built before development begins.

04

Execute

Build and iterate

I design and develop the selected solution, focusing first on the core experience. I share progress, refine the product where necessary, and turn the agreed direction into something usable.

The principle

Clarity before complexity. Build what matters first.

I do not start by adding every possible feature. I first identify the smallest focused version that solves the real problem, then leave room for the product to evolve through feedback and actual use.
